The HR department is centrally organized within the municipal management office. In our department, we have a broad HR competence and payroll specialists gathered. We conduct all recruitment in-house and work together to contribute to operational development and goal fulfillment based on our professions. The purpose is to create good conditions for our managers to effectively and professionally exercise safe, clear, and courageous leadership. We serve the entire organization, and to thrive, you need to enjoy adapting to various tasks of both an operational and strategic nature.
About the role
We offer you a varied role where you, together with ten HR colleagues, work broadly within the entire HR area while having a deepened responsibility for one of our specialist areas. For this position, the specialist area is labor law. An HR partner with us works with professional, equal, proactive support and guidance to the managers in the offices within the entire HR area.
In addition, you will also participate with colleagues in strategic development work within the entire HR area and design and implement training initiatives.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A university degree in personnel/HR or another equivalent bachelor's degree.
- High competence in labor law and the general provisions of collective agreements.
- Experience in broad HR work and providing support, but also guidance, on employer issues to managers in the operations.
- Is accustomed to collaborating with trade union parties.
- Expresses yourself well in speech and writing.
- It is an advantage if you have worked in a similar role within municipal operations or a larger organization.
You are self-driven, proactive, and take responsibility for driving your tasks forward. You have a good ability to build, develop, and maintain good cooperation and professional relationships in your assignment. You have a solution-oriented approach and consider the best for the entire organization.

About the position
The position is a permanent employment. A probationary period may apply. Start date by agreement.
