You have experience acting as communication support to managers and leadership, where you have translated the organization's goals into relevant efforts. You have experience independently driving projects of varying sizes and leading communication efforts during change. As a writer, you are accustomed to moving between different channels and have a solid ability to tailor content to target groups with a focus on clear language and accessibility. You have experience working with moving communication, layout, and design.

Furthermore, you have:

  • relevant higher education in communication or media, or other education that we consider equivalent
  • several years of current experience in both strategic and operational communication work, internally and externally
  • very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • experience working in CMS, e.g., Episerver/Optimizely

It is advantageous if you also have experience in:

  • relevant public sector work
  • project management
  • planning and conducting training and workshops

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is relationship-building with the ability to create trust and collaborate with managers and key personnel. You are communicative, self-driven, and proactive in driving your own work forward. With commitment, you take responsibility for both managing and developing our communication and making the complex understandable.

In a changing everyday life, you are flexible and solution-oriented. You find constructive ways forward. You work in a structured and quality-conscious manner; with effective planning to meet deadlines and ensure that our communication maintains high quality. Your personal maturity makes you secure and stable in your role. Through a strategic holistic view, you ensure that each step contributes to the organization's goals.
