You will step in as an external and independent system auditor in a municipal environment responsible for operational contracting. The assignment involves auditing how contractors' management systems, execution, and deliveries comply with contracts, AMA AF 21, technical regulations, and internal KMA procedures.

The work includes traceable system auditing according to ISO 19011, where you combine document review, interviews, site visits, and technical spot checks to assess compliance, identify risks, and highlight system deficiencies. You follow the entire chain from requirements and procedures to evidence, execution, and recommended actions. This is an assignment for you who want to use your auditing competence in a complex and socially important operation where your conclusions have a clear impact.

• You review the AF section, technical regulations, and other contract documents.
• You review the contractor's quality plan, environmental plan, occupational health and safety plan, risk analyses, as well as the handling of deviations, incidents, and complaints.
• You follow up on self-inspections, checklists, operation logs, case management, document control, and version management.
• You audit administrative requirements such as organization, competence, communication routines, reporting, UE management, and occupational safety responsibility.
• You perform technical spot checks linked to contract requirements and assess delivery against agreed levels.
• You conduct interviews, make site visits, and observe operations management, resource planning, as well as completed or ongoing work in the field.
• You compile audit reports with assessments, classified deviations, observations, improvement suggestions, recommended action plans, and clear traceability between contract requirements and evidence.
• You follow up on the contractor's action plan, verify implemented actions, and deliver a final report.

• Relevant higher education.
• Certification or quality system according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Education in contract law and AMA AF 21.
• At least 5 years of auditing experience within operations.
• Experience with ISO 19011 audits.
• You work impartially and independently.
