Are you an experienced HR consultant – or on your way to becoming one?

Andara Group is currently looking for more skilled HR consultants to join our candidate network! We collaborate with a wide range of clients who regularly request HR expertise for both short-term and long-term interim assignments – on a full-time or part-time basis.

Do you have broad experience in HR, labor law, and leadership? Then you might be the right person for one of our upcoming assignments. Examples of assignments we frequently fill include:

• Covering recruitment processes that take longer than expected or during parental leave
• Temporarily replacing HR specialists or managers
• Leading projects in reorganization, change management, or salary surveys

As a subcontractor via Andara Group, you drive your own daily work. You choose the assignments that suit you best – based on your availability, competence, and development goals. We offer assignments with clear frameworks, concrete expectations, and personal matching.

You can work as a subcontractor or, if you prefer, as an employed consultant with us. In both cases, you have a secure partner in Andara – we are with you every step of the way.
