Do you want Sweden's most fun HR support job? Do you enjoy creating structure, supporting managers, and simultaneously developing ways of working and processes? Then this could be your next challenge! Nimlas Sweden is now looking for an HR Support for a parental leave substitute position starting in June or by agreement until September 2027.
About the role
As an HR Support, you will have a varied role working closely with operations, contributing to smooth HR processes in daily life, and ensuring our systems are used efficiently and developed over time. We are an organization with engaged employees, short decision-making paths, a high tempo, and a strong focus on continuous improvement. You will be employed by the group's Swedish parent company, Nimlas Sweden AB, and provide HR support to local CEOs and administrators in our 64 subsidiaries – but we are growing fast!
Your main responsibilities
Support for managers and administrators
- Advisory services on labor law, recruitment, and work environment
- Union negotiations and individual cases
- Onboarding and training new managers/CEOs in HR processes and systems
HR Administration & Systems
- Act as a superuser in our HR-related systems (e.g., Heartpace, ReachMee, IA-system)
- Handle and update HR documents such as employment contracts, certificates, and templates
- Ensure the intranet is up-to-date and user-friendly
- Generate HR statistics
- Administer training (registrations, bookings, follow-ups)
Development & Projects
- Develop HR processes and participate in improvement work
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Experience in broad HR work
- Very good system skills and an interest in further developing systems and ways of working
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience in the installation, construction, or related industries is a merit
