Do you want to work operationally to develop and coordinate deliveries and, above all, documentation for investment cases? Do you have experience in handling complex issues and translating them into clear documentation? Then you might be the one we are looking for.
At our Network Division, you will become part of a socially vital operation where we are responsible for building and managing Sweden's transmission grid. To meet society's needs for electrification, we need to build approximately 50 miles of lines and commission 20 stations per year.
About the Role
The increased investment rate implies a growing number of investment cases, which places high demands on the quality of our investment decisions and on how decision-making documentation is prepared, packaged, and developed prior to decisions.
We are now looking for an Operations Coordinator with a very strong communication background and documented experience in developing and handling complex documentation within the energy or infrastructure sector.
The role combines the operational preparation of investment decisions with the coordination of construction project-related issues, as well as investigations and operational development.
You will work operationally in the preparation of investment cases to support project operations together with a process owner who holds strategic and quality responsibility. Your role is to put this into practice by preparing, coordinating, and quality-assuring documentation prior to decisions.
In close collaboration with program and project managers, you will prepare investment cases and decision-making documentation, both in simple and complex projects. You will structure and quality-assure content, clarify messages, and ensure a high linguistic standard. You will actively work to improve the quality of the documentation to secure and facilitate decisions at a strategic level.
If needed, you may also have a coordinating role in issues that span across departments and divisions. This means you will develop, coordinate, and quality-assure documentation and reporting related to construction project operations, for example, prior to management group meetings or other internal and external requirements. You will contribute to ensuring the big picture hangs together and that the documentation is complete and usable.
You will also work on investigations and operational development. This means you will investigate issues, develop decision-making documentation, and support managers and other functions in development assignments related to construction project operations.
The Unit
The Development & Strategy Unit is an umbrella function responsible for overarching program and project issues within construction project operations.
The unit works on the preparation of investment cases, portfolio planning, and the development of systematic methods for lessons learned. The assignment also includes coordinating the Project Office's training and managing governing documents and the control model for construction project operations.
In addition, the unit drives strategic work and operational development within the Construction Investments Department.
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives in an operational role where you are responsible for ensuring work moves forward and is delivered on time. Your communication skills will be key to success, both as you will develop and handle complex documentation for decision-making processes, and because you must be able to listen to and understand the needs of both the strategic and operational operations.
The role also demands your ability to collaborate and your structural skills. You will collaborate with many different stakeholders and gather, weigh, and structure different perspectives into a whole.
We are looking for someone with an academic degree relevant to the position, or alternatively, academic education combined with several years of work experience that we consider equivalent.
Other requirements for the position are:
- At least five years of experience from the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Documented experience in developing and working with complex documentation within the energy and/or infrastructure sector.

- Very good communication skills in speech and writing, in Swedish.
