We are now looking for a Consultant Manager for our Stockholm office – a broad, challenging, and developmental role for you who want to combine business, relationships, recruitment, and leadership in one of the labor market's most relevant industries: tech.

This is a role for you who are fearless, results-oriented, and genuinely curious about people and technology. You see recruitment as a strategic tool to solve problems, create growth, and help both companies and individuals develop.

We are present in several cities around Sweden, and in Stockholm, we currently have about 15 colleagues (but plan to grow). Our office is located in a fantastic spot by the water in Gamla Stan – an inspiring environment to come to every day.

You will become part of our recruitment team, where we work closely together and drive our common goals forward. We highly value drive, curiosity, and the will to develop. We believe that success is created when people get to grow, take responsibility, and at the same time have a strong team behind them.

As a Consultant Manager, you have a central role where you work closely with both people and business.

You are responsible for the entire chain – from understanding your client to attracting and recruiting the right competence, developing consultants, and building long-term client relationships.

This is a perfect role for you who want to build important competencies for the labor market of the future.

• Recruitment – the entire recruitment process from job profile, search, and career meetings to interviews, background checks, and employment
• Candidate Management – building long-term relationships with candidates and talents
• Consultant Management – coaching, follow-up, and leadership for your consultants where you are the immediate manager
• Business Development – identify client needs, develop collaborations, and contribute to business growth
• Administration & follow-up – invoicing, assignment follow-up, and other administrative parts

Even though it is not the formal requirements but you as a person that is in focus for us, there are some experiences and prerequisites that we believe can help you succeed in the role:

• A relevant post-secondary degree
• You thrive in a commercial and business-oriented role
• Fluent in Swedish in speech and writing, and good English in speech and writing
• Class B driver's license

It is an asset if you already have practical experience from recruitment, preferably within the consulting or staffing industry.
