About the Company

At Resultat, we are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant for our client, an established wholesale company with its headquarters in Jordbro. The location is easily accessible by commuter train or car.

This is a consulting assignment starting in April and lasting until the end of the year. The role also involves some travel to the company's various units across the country, where you will work with local teams to ensure that processes and routines are standardized.

Your Responsibilities

In this assignment, you will play a key role in creating a modern, efficient, and centralized payroll function. You will collaborate closely with various parts of the organization, such as unit managers, HR, and senior management.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Conducting a review and mapping of the current payroll management at the company's various units
• Creating routines, structures, and standardized processes for the future
• Reviewing and implementing a unified payroll system for all units
• Examining relevant collective agreements and ensuring correct application
• Centralizing payroll management from multiple units to the headquarters in Stockholm

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Consultant with solid knowledge of payroll processes who has previously completed a similar change journey where mapping, analysis, and implementation of new ways of working were the focus. You have a natural ability to quickly gain a clear picture of the current situation, identifying both shortcomings and opportunities. Subsequently, you can shape a well-developed structure and effective processes that are sustainable in the long term. Experience in implementing or changing payroll systems is highly desirable, as is an HR background that gives you an understanding of the big picture and adjacent processes.

As a person, you are trustworthy, pedagogical, and attentive. You enjoy close collaboration with the business and are accustomed to switching between strategic issues and more operational tasks. You drive change with both humility and clarity, and your ability to build good relationships ensures you quickly gain trust within the organization. Furthermore, you are motivated by the opportunity to create order, structure, and sustainable working methods, and you are attracted by the chance to lay the foundation for something the business can further develop.

Success Factors

• Experience with similar centralization projects
• Ability to drive change and create consensus across multiple units
• Comfortable with both operational and strategic tasks
• Proficiency with various payroll systems
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
