We are looking for someone who has previously worked in customer service, retail, or another service function and now wants to take the step into a more analytical and administrative support role for the summer. Our client is one of Sweden's largest grocery chains and currently needs reinforcement for their store support team at their headquarters in Solna. Here, you will become part of an engaged team working closely together to support stores via phone and email.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and resolving cases from stores regarding pricing, assortment, campaigns, deliveries, and supply chain
• Registering, following up, and quality-assuring cases in our systems
• Handling complaints between stores and terminals
• Contributing to process improvements and creating streamlined workflows

Scope: Full-time during the summer, weeks 24–34
Working hours: 07:30–16:30 on weekdays and weekends
Employment: Consultant via StudentConsulting, located at the client's headquarters in Solna

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently studying at least 50% for the next year and can provide proof
• Have prior work experience in customer service, retail, or similar service roles
• Are confident communicating by phone and in writing in both Swedish and English
• Are accustomed to working in systems and have good computer skills
• Are solution-oriented, structured, and enjoy working towards goals
