About the Role
We are looking for new colleagues for one of our most expansive units – Online Sales within the Outbound department. Here, you will make outgoing calls to prospective customers for Riddermark Bil. Via the phone, you will process a large number of customers every day who have been in contact with Riddermark Bil in various ways but have not yet found their dream car. Your task is to guide these customers to the right car for them in a consultative manner.
For this role, it is a significant plus if you have previously worked in telemarketing or similar roles where the phone is the primary tool.
You also need to be interested in personal development, as we want all employees to be able to advance within the company.

Selling with Us
Is simple. Do you have high engagement, attentiveness, and a strong interest? Car sales with us are modern and customer-focused, and deals are made as easily and quickly as they are carefully and personally. In the role of a car salesperson at Riddermark Bil, you work with all steps of the car business, from the first customer contact to delivery and after-sales service. Riddermark Bil has Sweden's largest selection of used cars. Therefore, the ability to conduct a relevant needs analysis and quickly build a relationship with the customer is crucial. As a salesperson with us, you work in teams of 10–12 people with a team leader whose task is to lead the group towards clear common goals.
