On behalf of Textilia, Cleverex Bemanning is now recruiting a Customer Manager for their facility in Rimbo. Textilia is a leading Scandinavian group within sustainable laundry and textile services for customers with high demands on quality, service, and hygiene. In the role of Customer Manager, you will have overall responsibility for customer satisfaction, upselling, and business development, with a strong focus on long-term relationships and close collaboration with the customer. Responsibilities

As a Customer Manager at Textilia, you have a central and business-oriented role where you are responsible for building, developing, and deepening long-term customer relationships. The role combines relationship-building sales with analysis and business development, where you work both strategically and operationally. You have great freedom to plan your own work and are expected to take clear personal responsibility for driving business, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The work involves extensive customer contact and close collaboration with internal functions to create sustainable and profitable businesses.

  • Overall responsibility for existing customers, with a focus on nurturing relationships and developing the business over time
  • Active acquisition of new customers within prioritized segments, such as healthcare, social care, and food
  • Drive the entire sales process – from needs analysis and customer meetings to closing deals
  • Work with follow-up and analysis of customer data, revenue development, and customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • Be responsible for and work structured towards set KPIs and contribute to Textilia's long-term growth

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and independent, with a clear sense of responsibility to ensure quality in your work. You find it easy to create order, follow up, and deliver according to agreement – while also having the ability to look at the big picture. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating and is flexible in your working style, able to reprioritize based on the needs of the business and customers.

You are business-driven and communicative with a strong customer focus, and you thrive in a role where you combine planning and analysis with operational, relationship-oriented work. You take your own initiatives, drive processes forward, and work purposefully – but also understand the value of collaboration to achieve the best results.

To succeed in the role, you are confident working independently, have good analytical skills, and are accustomed to following up on business, customer data, and results.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in customer management, business development, or B2B sales
  • A structured and meticulous working style, with a focus on quality and follow-up
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt your work based on the needs of the business
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience working with figures, budgets, and follow-up – good knowledge of Excel is an asset
  • Ability to work independently while actively contributing to the team's common goals
  • Class B driver's license and ability to travel for work

  • Location: Rimbo (base), with a large part of the work at customer sites
  • Travel: Regional customer visits, driver's license required
  • Working hours: Daytime, some flexibility
  • Start date: According to agreement
  • Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period
