We are looking for a social, creative, and engaged individual who wants to become an important part of our team and help us build our brand – both in the office and on social media.

In this role, you will be one of the company's first points of contact. You will welcome visitors to our office, create a pleasant working environment, and simultaneously produce engaging content together with our marketing team.

You will also be the face of our brand on social media, helping to create videos and content for our channels.

Your Responsibilities

Reception & Office

• Welcome visitors and create a warm and professional first impression
• Handle the switchboard and incoming calls
• Be responsible for purchasing office supplies and other practical needs
• Plan and coordinate activities such as team building events, internal events, and other morale-boosting activities
• Contribute to a pleasant and well-functioning work environment

Social Media & Content

• Be the face of the company on social media
• Create videos and content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Work closely with our marketing team to develop ideas and create engaging content
• Participate in and occasionally assist with content productions
• Follow social media trends and contribute with creative ideas

Who You Are

• You are comfortable in front of the camera
• You have a natural and engaging personality
• You are social and enjoy meeting people
• You have a feel for social media, trends, and storytelling
• You are creative and like to come up with your own ideas
• You are organized and enjoy making things work in everyday life

It is an advantage if you

• Have personal experience creating content
• Have your own account where you have posted videos
• Can do basic video editing
