We offer a flexible part-time job at ICA stores. With us, you have the opportunity to work during the day, evenings, or weekends. You enter your availability in our scheduling system and are then invited to work shifts via our app. In other words, this is the perfect part-time job alongside studies or another job!

Bemannica is an authorized staffing agency that helps ICA stores with their staffing needs. We provide support at the checkout or on the sales floor in case of illness, among other things.

You will work at various ICA stores in the Stockholm area through us. However, at Bemannica, we always try to minimize the number of different stores you work at, for both your sake and the customer's. The tasks are based on your competence. You will only be booked for departments and tasks that you have previous experience with.

So, who are you? Our experience says that those who perform their work as store consultants best are those who enjoy working in a store! More concretely, we want you to have been employed at ICA previously. You should have experience with either checkout work or picking goods. If you also have experience working with mail, games, or delicatessen, it is considered highly meritorious.

As a person, you are very service-oriented and enjoy daily interaction with customers. You are flexible and thrive in fast-paced and eventful workdays.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment, as needed.

Salary: According to the collective agreement of the Swedish Retail and Wholesale Workers' Union (Handels) with applicable overtime supplements.
