About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until February 2027. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client.

The company is a player in food production and distribution where quality, traceability, and efficient flows are central. Here you will become part of a team working closely with both production and logistics, ensuring together that products reach the customer on time. The workplace is located in the Fresh Warehouse in Årsta, easily accessible by public transport or car – parking is available.

💼 Responsibilities

As an Operational Production and Logistics Administrator, you will work broadly with administration related to purchasing, production, and order flows. You are responsible for keeping raw materials, produced articles, and customer orders correct and up to date in the MES/ERP system, which is crucial for traceability and a stable production flow.

You will handle purchase orders, goods receipt, production orders, and order registration. The role involves daily contact with production staff, internal functions, and external suppliers, sometimes internationally.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Create and release purchase orders for raw materials and produced articles

• Perform administrative goods receipt in MES/ERP

• Register customer orders and handle withdrawals as well as raw material sales orders

• Create and administer digital production orders

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities Requirements:

• Experience from a production environment, preferably within food

• Good system skills and experience with MES/ERP systems, e.g., AX

• Very high attention to detail and understanding of traceability

• Good organizational skills

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Merits:

• Experience in a similar role within production/logistics administration

The role involves contact with both production staff and external actors, which requires that you communicate clearly and are comfortable in a varied daily routine. You work independently on your tasks but also enjoy being part of a team where you support each other.
