Payroll Specialist for Long-term Assignment in Stockholm

Recruitive is now seeking a self-driven Payroll Specialist for a long-term assignment on behalf of one of our clients. The role is based at an office in central Stockholm, with the possibility to work from home a few days a week.

About the Role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process using Crona Lön. Initially, you will work with a company of approximately 900 employees, with the opportunity to gradually take responsibility for additional companies within the group. You will become a key figure in the payroll function, working independently with high quality and structure.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage payroll runs in Crona Lön
• Be responsible for the entire payroll process from start to finish
• Handle discrepancies, controls, and quality assurance of payrolls
• Support managers and employees with payroll-related inquiries
• In the long term, take responsibility for more companies within the organization

Requirements

• Have extensive experience in payroll work and must have worked with Crona Lön
• Are confident, structured, and self-driven in the entire payroll process
• Thrive in a role with significant personal responsibility
• Are solution-oriented and quality-conscious
• Are seeking a long-term full-time position

Practical Information

• Scope: Full-time
• Start Date: Immediate, latest by April 7th
• Location: Central Stockholm (hybrid work possible)
• Salary: 43,000 SEK/month
