Healthcare Developer within the Ambulance Healthcare Administration
Are you a structured and competent nurse who is passionate about developing quality and patient safety in prehospital care? We offer an interesting and developing position as a healthcare developer within the Ambulance Healthcare Administration, Region Stockholm.
As a healthcare developer, you play a key role in the team within the administration tasked with developing prehospital care with a focus on quality and patient safety. In this role, you work both independently and in teams to map, analyze, and follow up various areas in the operations and initiate improvement work within ambulance care.
Your main mission within healthcare quality and operational development includes assisting in efforts to improve, streamline, and ensure the quality of our care processes. You also work on initiatives aimed at increasing the systematic approach regarding the ISO 9001 management system and support the organization’s development work in quality and patient safety. This includes participating in internal and external audits of ISO 9001 and developing qualitative and evidence-based materials.
You are part of the Ambulance Healthcare Administration's overarching support function for care and collaborate closely with ambulance physicians, patient safety controllers, and healthcare developers at the Prehospital Knowledge and Clinical Training Center (KTC) as well as Academic Ambulance. The assignment involves acting as a bridge between management and clinical operations, translating overarching strategies and decisions into concrete support in daily care work.

You take great personal responsibility for achieving results. You have good communication skills in both spoken and written form and are driven by analyzing complex questions and problems. Qualifications
- Education and certification as a nurse or specialist nurse.
- Experience from working in healthcare.
- Experience working with certified management systems.
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in quality and development work and patient safety work as well as a master's degree in this field.
- Experience working in ambulance care or as a healthcare developer.

The Ambulance Healthcare Administration is responsible for ambulance care in Region Stockholm and performs both emergency assignments via 112 and specialized care assignments such as intensive care ambulances and psychiatric ambulances. We provide care where people are and during transport, in close collaboration with other healthcare actors.
