HR Administrator (Part-time, Project Employment)

Twilfit by CHANGE Lingerie – Stockholm

Are you studying HR or at the beginning of your career and want to gain valuable experience in HR? We are now looking for a Part-time HR Administrator/Assistant for our headquarters in central Stockholm.

With us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team and gain practical experience in various aspects of HR work – from recruitment administration to HR systems and internal communication. The role suits you who are meticulous, structured, quick to learn, and enjoy working with people.

Our HR department supports operations throughout Sweden and works closely with our 53 stores and over 350 employees. You will become an important part of the team and have the opportunity to learn how HR functions in a larger retail organization.

About the Position

As an HR Administrator, you will work closely with the HR team and support the daily HR operations. The role is broad and suits you who want to gain practical experience and develop within HR.

The position is a part-time project employment (20 hours/week) and is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm.

The role requires 100% presence in the office and is not offered as hybrid or remote work.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Support for Store Manager in recruitment processes

  • Handling of employment contracts and registration of new hires in the scheduling system (Timegrip)

  • Updating HR-related information and documentation

  • Support in work with LinkedIn and internal communication

  • Translation of documents between Swedish and English

  • Support the HR team and HQ in various administrative and operational tasks

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, curious, and quick to learn. You enjoy working in a structured way and are not afraid to take on new tasks as needs arise.

You have a knack for collaborating and communicating with others, and thrive in a role where you can support colleagues and contribute to smooth operations in everyday life.

We Believe You
  • Are studying HR or Human Resources, or are at the beginning of your HR career

  • Have a background and experience in retail and knowledge of the Retail Agreement

  • Are meticulous and structured in your work approach

  • Have good organizational skills and enjoy administrative tasks

  • Have good knowledge of Excel and MS Office

  • Fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Meritorious
  • Experience from retail and knowledge of the Retail Agreement

  • Education in HR and previous experience in a similar role

  • Experience with HR or scheduling systems (e.g., Timegrip or TimePlan)

  • Previous documented administrative experience
