Welcome to a professional, development-focused, and engaged HR team at the Södermalm district administration.
We are now looking for an HR coordinator to join our wonderful team!
With us, HR is responsible for providing the best conditions for the department's managers to develop the organization, processes, and strategies, as well as ensuring compliance with HR-related laws, agreements, and guidelines. The department is responsible for HR processes within recruitment, competence supply, salary formation, rehabilitation, work environment, and organizational changes, and supports the department's managers operationally and strategically in this work. The HR department also has a responsibility to locally support managers in employment issues, labor law, union collaboration, and personnel matters.
At the HR department, six HR consultants, two HR administrators, and one HR manager work. You will be part of a team of experienced colleagues where we all help each other to achieve our goals. Several of us also have in-depth HR competence in specific areas: social services, elderly care, and preschool. Within these areas, we are responsible for developing and organizing various training and development initiatives. We collaborate across operational areas and always strive to see the whole and the department's mission.

Your role
In your role as a coordinator, you will work independently but in close collaboration with HR consultants, the department's managers, and other support departments.
You will be responsible for maintaining permissions in the HR system, personnel records, certificates of service, and meeting bookings. The assignment also includes producing statistics, managing the release of public documents, ongoing internal control, and various types of orders and invoice management. Furthermore, you will support the HR manager and HR consultants in planning and booking internal training, conferences, and other HR-related administration.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- post-secondary education with a focus on HR,
- previous work experience in administration,
- previous work experience in the HR field,
- the ability to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing.
It is advantageous if you have:
- experience working in Agresso,
- experience working in the city's HR system Lisa self-service,
- experience in municipal operations within the HR field.
To thrive in the role, we believe you need to have a genuine interest in administration, HR, and IT systems. You are structured in your working method and value accuracy. You find it easy to collaborate with others and enjoy having many points of contact. You have the ability to reprioritize when the situation requires it. Great importance will be placed on the aforementioned competencies, personal suitability, and commitment to the position.
