One of the core missions of the HR department is to support the Police Authority in competence supply. We are responsible for providing professional, accessible, legally secure, uniform, and equitable support in recruitment and staffing. We also oversee the national introduction process for new employees, leadership supply, and the agency's work to attract the right competence and retain the competence we already have. The mission to attract and retain is based on strengthening the agency's employer offering with the aim of creating an attractive workplace.
In your role as an HR consultant, you will support all national departments within the authority. The work thus involves a wide range of varying professions and job roles within different areas of work.
We are now looking for driven and engaged HR consultants for permanent and temporary positions who want to contribute to something bigger in a rapidly changing environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The assignment involves independently managing parallel recruitment processes and acting as consultative HR support to recruiting managers within your area of responsibility. With us, you play an important role in ensuring the quality of our recruitment processes and ensuring that regulations and administrative guidelines are followed. It is a given that we work together as a group to contribute to our common goals and ongoing development. Many parts of the work take place in digital environments.
Your main tasks are:
- To be a consultative support to the recruiting manager during the recruitment process
- To independently manage several parallel recruitment processes from requirement profile and advertising to selection, interviews, reference checks, and related administration
- To handle administrative tasks such as archiving and releasing public documents
QUALIFICATIONS
This is an opportunity for you who have:
- Relevant post-secondary education, preferably in the HR field or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way that the employer assesses as equivalent
- At least two years of current experience in independently managing entire recruitment processes
- Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
It is advantageous if you also have:
- Experience working as consultative HR support to managers
- Experience with competency-based interview techniques
- Experience using psychological tests in recruitment
- Experience in recruitment within public sector, preferably government sector
- Experience working with security-sensitive operations
