Your future challenge

We are looking for a recruitment specialist for a consulting assignment via AxÖ Consulting with one of our clients in the industry in Solna. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work proactively with recruitment and candidate management, where you will be responsible for finding the right competencies for key functions within IT at the company, preferably before the needs arise.

Your main tasks will include:

• Working with search and proactive candidate management, always staying one step ahead.
• Leading recruitment processes from start to finish, including requirements profile, advertising, and selection.
• Conducting interviews and assessments using capacity and personality tests.
• Supporting hiring managers and HR partners throughout the process and helping them find the right candidates.
• Conducting security assessments as part of the recruitment process.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and deepen your knowledge in specific areas such as Employer Branding, system development, or process improvement.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the industrial sector, who is accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility for the entire recruitment process. You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English and enjoy collaborating in a team.

Meritorious for the role:

• Experience using testing tools, preferably Aon.
• Experience in recruitment within IT/Technology.
• Experience in search via LinkedIn or other search tools.
