We are now looking for students, retirees, or those with another main occupation who want to work extra as a mobile consultant. As a mobile consultant, you are employed by us but work on assignments for our clients in the public sector, with a particular focus on government agencies. The role gives you the opportunity to gain valuable experience, work in different workplaces, and contribute where the need is greatest, while also providing you with a flexible employment form that can easily be combined with your main occupation.

In your role as a Receptionist, your main tasks will include:

• Providing information services to customers and employees
• Receiving visitors and deliveries
• Assisting with the agency's service needs (e.g., booking, copying, purchasing, or registration)
• Working with the agency's telephone service (e.g., connecting calls, ordering calls, moving extensions, and organizing conference calls)
• Working with the agency's telephone service/switchboard, answering and forwarding incoming and outgoing calls
• Entering new information into the switchboard's memory function

Requirements for the position:

• High school or equivalent education
• At least six (6) months of work experience as a receptionist and/or switchboard operator
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Experience using telephone switchboards and referral systems
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

About the position

The role aims to create a flexible and accessible consultant pool for short-term assignments with our clients. As a mobile consultant, you need to be aware that assignments can be booked at short notice and that the workload varies depending on needs. The work primarily involves covering absences and ensuring that our clients receive support when it is needed most.

There are no fixed working days, but assignments are always carried out during office hours, Monday to Friday. There are no evening or weekend shifts.

High integrity, responsibility, and a positive attitude are traits that will help you succeed in this role.
