We are now looking for an order handler for the Special Orders team at Spendrups. Here you will play an important role in ensuring correct order management and contributing to a high level of service for both internal and external customers.

Your tasks

As an order handler, you will belong to Special Orders, whose main task is to manage deviations, incidents, and deliveries, as well as monitor all orders coming into Spendrups. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring that order placement is of high quality and that Spendrups delivers proactive and responsive service to its customers.

In this role, you will primarily handle incoming orders via email from both internal and external customers. The role also includes handling invoice inquiries from our corporate customers.

Examples of tasks:

• Register incoming orders received by email and, in some cases, coordinate delivery dates.
• Act as the first point of contact for invoice inquiries from Spendrups restaurant customers and wholesalers.
• Problem-solving within logistics and transport.
• Handling various other customer matters related to order placement, invoicing, and delivery.

Your profile

To thrive in this role, you are driven, structured, and solution-oriented. You are proactive, enjoy collaborating, and have an easy time communicating with both colleagues and customers. As a person, you are a team player and have a very good ability to communicate with others.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant high school education, further education in economics is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills and solid knowledge of the Office suite.
• Preferably studying economics and available for part-time work during the semesters.
