About the role

We are looking for a hungry and curious sales representative (B2B) who wants to work with outbound in a fast-growing startup. You will work closely with the team (and our CEO) to call, qualify, and book meetings with veterinary clinics and clinic chains across Europe. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy a fast pace, clear goals, and making a direct impact on results.

Your responsibilities

  • Call cold and warm leads (clinics/clinic chains) and book meetings
  • Prospect new clinics and build lists (CRM/Sheets)
  • Qualify leads, update CRM, and drive follow-ups in the pipeline
  • Handle objections and explain the value of Vetnio in a simple and clear way
  • Collaborate with the team on demos and next steps (e.g., handover to demo manager)
  • Contribute to improving call scripts, segmentation, and messaging
  • Measure and analyze what works in phone outreach (script, segment, timing)

Who you are

  • You are driven, social, and enjoy talking to people
  • You have high energy, patience, and are comfortable with cold calls
  • You are structured and follow up until you get a clear yes/no
  • You communicate strongly in English (other European languages are a big plus)
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility without being micromanaged
  • Previous experience in tele-sales, customer contact, or startups is a plus (but not required)
