We are looking for a strategic buyer with a focus on IT and system solutions for an organization in the energy sector that is in an expansion phase with significant investments. In this role, you will lead complex procurements and contribute a clear commercial perspective in close collaboration with the business. The assignment also includes contract management in a complex IT project during the implementation phase, as well as work where compliance with LUF is central.

• Independently lead and execute procurements within IT and system solutions
• Lead the work on developing procurement strategies
• Plan and execute RFIs
• Develop and design request for proposal documents
• Establish processes and methods for bid evaluation
• Support and, if necessary, lead buyers in the requirements development process
• Conduct handover of completed contracts to buyers and provide support during the contract period as needed
• Ensure that internal processes and legal requirements in the procurement process are followed (LUF)
• Contribute to business development within procurement
• Lead and support less experienced colleagues in strategic procurement and public procurement
• Lead negotiations and follow up contracts with suppliers during the implementation phase and commissioning
• If necessary, lead procurements in construction and other categories, such as consultants and indirect materials
• In a specific complex IT project, be responsible for contract management during the implementation phase from a commercial perspective

• Experience in independently leading and executing procurements within IT and system solutions
• Experience in developing procurement strategies, RFIs, and request for proposal documents
• Experience in leading bid evaluations and supporting buyers in requirements work
• Experience in negotiations as well as contract follow-up/contract management
• Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with LUF
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security review (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)
• Fluent in Swedish
