About the role of Customer Relations Manager

We are looking for someone who is engaged and business-minded and wants to develop and strengthen the dialogue with selected customers within housing cooperatives, tenant associations, builders, and property owners. The role is central to creating a long-term and trusting relationship where we deliver on our promises, create value, and contribute to a good customer experience. You will be part of an engaged Customer Experience team of ten fantastic colleagues who are passionate about creating an engaging and seamless customer experience and guiding our customers towards efficient and climate-smart energy use. You will be an important voice in how we continue to develop our offerings and how we make everyday life easier for our customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and develop strong and long-term relationships with selected customer groups.
  • Provide insights into customer needs and translate those insights into solutions that strengthen the business and increase customer satisfaction among the target group.
  • Ensure an active, transparent, and value-creating customer dialogue.
  • Identify and drive initiatives that improve the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders who make decisions, build, and provide advice on measurement and network subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to promote the establishment of network measurement and network subscriptions.
  • Prepare decision-making materials for relevant decision-makers.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in identifying business opportunities, driving dialogue, and creating value-adding solutions.
  • Good experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in building customer relationships.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

We consider it advantageous to have:

  • Industry knowledge in real estate or construction.
  • Understanding of housing cooperatives, tenant associations, builders, and property owners, as well as their needs and decision-making processes.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry and energy measurement.
