Procurement Officer at Tillväxtverket

Are you an engaged and goal-oriented procurement officer with a few years of experience from government and looking for a responsible role where you can contribute to the procurement work at one of Sweden's most modern authorities? The Procurement and Legal Affairs Unit is now looking for another procurement officer. The unit belongs to the Legal and Control Department and is responsible for legal issues related to financing and state aid as well as for coordinating and implementing the authority's procurements. You will be part of the procurement function where you will closely collaborate with the authority's other procurement officers and where you will also have support from external consultants. Your workplace is in Stockholm.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will independently plan and carry out procurements and orders in close collaboration with employees in all areas of Tillväxtverket's operations. You will also establish contracts in connection with completed procurements and assist in the management of.

Furthermore, you will provide support in all types of procurement questions and participate in the work of developing the procurement operations within Tillväxtverket. You will train employees in both the internal and external procurement regulations that exist within the authority.

As Tillväxtverket is a preparedness authority, it means that security protection legislation may affect our purchases.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Education from a university or college in the fields of law, economics, or equivalent orientation that Tillväxtverket assesses as equivalent, or vocational education in procurement.
  • Very good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (2016:1145) (LOU)
  • At least three years of experience in independently planning and carrying out procurements.
  • Experience with several different procurement procedures
  • Experience and interest in working with the development of procurement routines and tools that support an efficient procurement process
  • The ability to express oneself simply and understandably in Swedish, both orally and in writing

The following are meritorious:

  • Experience with security-protected procurements
  • Experience with service procurements in areas such as evaluation, analysis, information/communication, and IT.
  • Experience in public administration
  • Experience in planning and conducting training in the procurement area

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who loves to do procurements, is development-oriented, has good collaboration skills, and easily creates and maintains good relationships. Your approach is solution-oriented, and you are self-driven in your work. You are a good analyst and plan and structure your work well.

Employment Type and Application Deadline

The employment is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period at 100%. We want your application by 2026-02-08. Interviews may be conducted on an ongoing basis.
