HoistSpar is now looking for an energetic Customer Services Representative for part-time work in their team in Stockholm, starting immediately!

You will be based at their headquarters in central Stockholm and be part of a wonderful team. Here, you work in an open climate with high ceilings and close to decision-making. HoistSpar has a big heart for the customer, is happy to share their knowledge, and “links arms” to make their customers even more satisfied!

Hoist Finance was founded in 1994 and has enjoyed strong and profitable growth since its inception, and today operates in eleven European countries. HoistSpar's operations are managed through Hoist Finance AB and offer savings accounts to businesses and individuals, with the majority currently consisting of private individuals.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and to some extent via mail

• Handle administrative tasks related to the calls

• Collaborate with other internal functions

You will work alongside Sandra, the customer service manager, and Rebecca, the team leader, who together create clear frameworks and support in the daily work. The customer service team currently consists of four full-time employees and three part-time employees, providing a wonderful mix of experience, perspectives, and team spirit.

Your Profile

• It is advantageous if you have recently started studying economics, data and systems science, law, or marketing and see this as a good opportunity to get your foot in the industry

• You are service-minded, positive, and meticulous

• You are interested in data and systems

• You thrive in a changing company during strong growth

• You are unpretentious and enjoy working in teams as well as individually

• You like to juggle many tasks and can easily prioritize

• You have experience in service

• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English. Knowledge of German is a plus

The position is part-time, and you will be employed by Hoist Finance. We prefer that you have ongoing studies for at least a year ahead.
