Summer Position as Customer Service Representative in Stockholm City

Our task at Driver Testing is to conduct tests within the driving license and professional traffic areas. In your daily work, you will be in contact with many different customers. Your approach and ability to provide clear information will be central to the job. Together with your colleagues, you will staff our national customer service via phone. Here, you will receive calls and answer questions related to booking tests, as well as payments/fees and other inquiries regarding Driver Testing's operations throughout Sweden. We are looking for someone who enjoys a varied pace of work and sees it as a fun challenge to deliver the best possible service in every call.

Time period for the summer job: 2026-06-08 - 2026-08-14

Each summer job is advertised separately. This means that you need to apply for each summer job you are interested in. If you meet the requirements, you may be considered for multiple summer jobs and thus contacted by several different managers for interviews.

Who are you?

As a person, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to engage in various tasks and solve the situations that arise. You have good collaboration skills, are committed, and perform your tasks reliably. You are motivated by active participation where you responsibly take charge of your tasks while being aware of how you are part of and contribute to the whole by collaborating with others.

We see that you, as a candidate, have:

• an ongoing university or college education or have completed your education in 2024 or later
• experience in customer service or another service profession
• good computer skills
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• good knowledge of English in speech
• a B driver's license (manual or automatic)
