Medcura is growing and is now looking for a consulting manager with a clear team leader profile. We are a family-oriented and dedicated staffing company in the healthcare sector, located on Sturegatan in central Stockholm.

About the role

The role is a combination of operational consulting manager and team leader.

As a consulting manager, you are responsible for staffing, customer relations, recruitment, and business while in your team leader role you support, coach, and develop the internal team to collectively achieve set goals. You also work partially operationally in the consulting manager role and have a clear mandate to create structure, engagement, and results in the team through present leadership, follow-up, and continuous development.

If you have experience from the IT industry, programming, or similar, it is an advantage, as it facilitates work with systems, digital tools, and structured processes.

Your main responsibilities

• Build, develop, and manage your own consulting pools
• Ensure the right staffing based on customer needs and agreements
• Conduct negotiations and follow-ups
• Develop long-term customer relationships
• Drive business development, improvement work, and contribute to the company's growth
• Work towards budget goals and results
• Lead the operational work and ensure that the team delivers according to set goals
• Plan, prioritize, and distribute tasks within the team
