HR Administrator Wanted for International Company

Our client, a dynamic and forward-looking company, is now seeking a driven HR student at the beginning of your career. ABOUT THE POSITION

As an HR Administrator, you will be a key player in ensuring smooth HR processes and systems. You will work closely with the HR Manager and take responsibility for important tasks that contribute to an efficient and organized HR function. The role is central to maintaining accurate data and preparing for future global system integrations.

In this role, you will focus on streamlined administration with an emphasis on structure and details related to payroll and HR. You will be an important support to the HR Manager in operational work, primarily within payroll and personnel administration across multiple countries. The role has a maximum scope of 50%. Working days are flexible, and there is an opportunity to work remotely a couple of times a week. You will be part of a team of 3 people with different roles in payroll, HR, and administration. You will work closely together where strong team spirit is a focus.

The position is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed as a consultant with us at Academic Work. For this process, a criminal record extract is required. If your application is relevant, we will conduct a background check.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role involves being a central part of the HR team and actively contributing to streamlining and modernizing HR processes, from administrative handling to the implementation of new systems.

  • Manage and prepare employment contracts for multiple countries.
  • Support with payroll administration and ensure accurate data.
  • Lead the implementation of new global HR systems.
  • Develop and update digital onboarding courses and e-learning materials.
  • Maintain and organize organizational charts and checklists.
  • Ensure accurate data for pensions and car benefits.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is studying a post-secondary education, preferably in HR, economics, marketing, or similar with at least 1 year left in your studies.
  • Has a good ability to work structured and accurately.
  • Has a pronounced sense of responsibility and an eye for detail.
  • Has basic knowledge of Excel - you should feel comfortable navigating files with pivot tables (you do not need to build your own).
  • Has worked in various systems and is not afraid to learn new ones.
  • Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form as both languages will be used in your daily work.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • An interest in graphic design to work with presentation materials.
  • Previous experience with HR systems.
