HR Partner at the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority
Are you an HR partner with experience in strategic HR work who wants to help develop the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority?

Societal Important Tasks
We offer you a role with great breadth and variety in a workplace where HR issues have a clear and prominent place on the agency's strategic agenda. In this role, you have a clear mandate to, together with your HR colleagues, be a coaching and consultative support to one or more management teams and managers in strategic and operational HR issues, as well as to drive and implement HR processes in the organization. You will work broadly on tasks such as strategic competence supply, work environment, salary reviews, labor law, interpretation and application of laws and collective agreements.
As an HR partner, you will also have a specialist area that will be shaped based on your experience and competence. This responsibility includes driving agency-wide processes and being a strategic, tactical, and operational expert support to the agency's management and management collective. Your future colleagues have specialist knowledge in areas such as work environment, personnel security, learning/training, recruitment, and salary formation.
The Swedish Radiation Safety Authority has grown significantly in both mission and number of employees in recent years. As the largest growth has now been completed, we are taking the next step in our development – focusing on refining working methods, culture, and leadership. HR has a clear strategic role in this work, with responsibility for further developing areas such as competence supply, work environment, leadership, and organizational development. The HR secretariat currently consists of three HR partners, three HR officers, two HR strategists, and one HR manager.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Several years of experience working as an HR partner
- Experience leading change and development work within one of HR's areas of responsibility
- Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in English
- A university degree in HR/personnel or another academic education that the employer assesses as equivalent
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience working with strategic competence supply
- Experience working with leadership development
- Experience training managers and colleagues
- Experience in similar tasks within the public sector

Employment Conditions
The employment is a permanent position with a start date according to agreement. The employment may begin with a six-month probationary period.
Some of our tasks are placed in a security class, which means that a security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is also required. You may be part of the agency's crisis organization and may also be placed in a war position at the agency.
