We are looking for an accounting economist for a consulting assignment at a company in central Stockholm. The assignment starts at the end of February and initially lasts for 6 months. The assignment is operational and suits you who have solid experience in year-end closing work in NetSuite and other invoicing systems. The company is in a transformation phase where you will become an important part of the daily work as well as ongoing system and process development.
Key responsibilities include:
Year-end closing work in NetSuite
Reconciliations, VAT reporting, and periodic summaries
Operational work with accounts payable
Support in ongoing improvement and transformation work
Documentation of processes under development
We are looking for someone who has:
Solid experience as an accounting economist
Very good proficiency in NetSuite
Experience working with invoicing systems
Good understanding of accounts payable management
Participated in the implementation of ERP systems and accounts payable systems (Meritorious)
Experience with master data (suppliers), data migration, and validation (Meritorious)
