Job Description

We at Randstad Finance are now looking for a financial controller for one of Sweden's most exciting companies in E-Mobility located in Solna. This is about the future of mobility – everything from the expansion of charging infrastructure to smart energy solutions for electric vehicles. It is an industry in extreme growth where your financial expertise will be crucial in creating order and enabling expansion. In this role, you will be the hub between finance and operations. Over the coming year, the focus will be on ensuring the quality of the company's financial reporting. We are looking for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, understanding the connections in the financial statements, and ensuring that management has the right decision-making basis.
Your tasks:
The focus during this period will primarily be on managing and ensuring high quality in reporting, and it is therefore very important that you have a solid and deep understanding of accounting. You will be responsible for all controlling matters for the departments within E-Mobility (electrified transport solutions) within the Swedish sales and operations organization, which includes (but is not limited to):
- Business planning and goal-setting processes.
- Forecasting work.
- Monitoring and tracking of KPIs.
- Monthly closing.
- Management reporting.
- Maintenance and development of necessary financial models.
- In the role of advisor to the Business Unit Controller, you will support and challenge the governance framework and drive specific improvement initiatives or ad hoc analyses.
You will report to the Director of Business Control E-Mobility, who is also ultimately responsible for all controlling support within the business unit.
This is a consulting assignment via us at Randstad Finance in Stockholm.
- Start: Beginning of February 2026.
- Duration: Approximately 1 year, with possibilities for further extension.
- Location: Solna (with flexibility for hybrid work).

Qualifications
Who are you?
We believe you are someone who loves when there is a red thread between accounting and analysis. You are not afraid to take your own initiatives and you explain complex financial relationships in a way that everyone understands.
Your background: You have a solid foundation in finance and very good knowledge of accounting. This is where your confidence lies.
Your attitude: You are solution-oriented and communicative. You see what needs to be done and make sure it happens.
Plus: Have you worked in energy or directly with electric vehicle solutions before? Then we will be extra happy!
