About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller for an assignment at Vattenfall Sales Nordic. The main responsibilities include managing reporting issues, coordinating with the BC team and accounting, as well as the local Swedish organization. As a Financial Controller, you will work in the "Emobility Business Control" team and report to the head of SC-E while collaborating with the sales and operations department MT Sweden.

Responsibilities

The position entails responsibility for all business management issues related to e-mobility departments in S&O SWE, including but not limited to:

• Business planning and target-setting process;
• Forecasting process;
• KPI monitoring;
• Monthly closing;
• Management reporting;
• Maintaining and developing necessary financial models;

The role will support the director and the sales and operations department Sweden (S&O SE) within the business unit E-Mobility, with all business management tasks including reporting and plan-to-perform (business plan, forecast, and KPI tracking), financial analysis, and decision-making. Additionally, you will act as a senior advisor to the business unit controller for E-Mobility on specific or overarching business unit management topics, including overall financial governance and management of the E-Mobility business unit.

As an advisor to the Business Unit Controller, you will support and challenge the business unit's governance and drive specific improvement initiatives or ad hoc analyses. You will report to the head of Business Control E-Mobility, who is also responsible for the overall controller support for the business unit.

Assignment Period and Scope

The Financial Controller position is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on 2026-02-01 and is expected to last until 2026-12-11.

Requirements for the Position:

• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• 6-8 years of work experience from a similar/related position
• Solid understanding and knowledge of accounting and financial management
• Previous experience in leadership as it may occur within the assignment
• Very good skills in MS Office

• University degree in finance or equivalent education
• Experience in e-mobility financing
