Our client is now looking for an Office Manager for an office located at Solna centrum. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, flexible, and accustomed to quickly finding solutions to varying needs and questions that arise in the office. You ensure high quality in your work, aim high towards common and individual goals, and want to be the one who makes everyday life in the office run smoothly — where guests feel welcome and employees thrive every day.

In this role, you are the face of the reception and a central contact person internally. You work broadly within service and administration and are responsible for creating a positive office experience through a welcoming approach, efficient planning, and smooth solutions for everyday logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Staff the reception and warmly welcome visitors with professionalism

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and reception of guests, as well as guide visitors

  • Be responsible for meeting bookings, calendar management, and preparations for meetings

  • Manage orders, supplier contacts, and office supplies

  • Coordinate simpler events, kick-offs, and activities that strengthen culture and community

  • Support with simpler administrative tasks and ad hoc projects to facilitate for the team

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and has a natural sense of hospitality. You thrive in a varied role where both order and creativity are required, and you have the ability to prioritize and drive things to completion.

Desirable qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience as an office manager, receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role

  • Good service sense, social skills, and initiative

  • Experience with meeting booking tools and digital work tools

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

  • Good digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems

Personal qualities

You are engaged, positive, and solution-oriented. You have a knack for hospitality, work meticulously, and enjoy being a central contact point for both visitors and colleagues. Flexibility and good collaboration skills are important in this role.

More about the position:

  • Type of assignment: consulting assignment with the possibility of extension or transition to employment

  • Scope: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

  • Location: Solna centrum, on-site

  • Start date: As agreed, preferably as soon as possible
