Job by Instep is growing and is now looking for part-time employed mentors/coaches for our offices in Stockholm. The role is suitable for you who are studying, want to combine it with another job, enjoy part-time work, or wish to gradually increase your workload over time.

With us, you work closely with participants focusing on progression, structure, and real results. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in meeting people, works professionally, and wants to be part of an organization where quality and participant benefit are at the center. We would like you to be results-oriented, enjoy challenges, and see contact with employers as an important part of your daily work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual guidance conversations

• Lead group activities

• Support participants towards employment or education

• Match participants with employers and education

• Document in our operational systems

• Collaborate with colleagues and external actors

We are looking for someone who

Meets the Swedish Public Employment Service's competence requirements for mentors in Rusta and match 2 according to one of the options below. Please note that this is a requirement.

Option 1

You have a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits, 120 credits according to the previous system. You have at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two years.

Option 2

You have at least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade, such as university, vocational college, or other post-secondary education. You have at least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following areas, part-time can be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three years:

– Personnel management with responsibility

– Recruitment

– Transition work for job seekers

– Study and career guidance

– Handling personnel issues, not just personnel administration

– Work with labor and labor market issues

– Work with social and group psychology

– Career guidance

To thrive in the role, we also see that you are communicative, structured, and have good administrative skills. You express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing and are comfortable in a job where quality and follow-up are central. It is an advantage if you speak more languages than Swedish and English.
