Administrator for Customer Service at Folkhemmet

Are you an engaged, responsible person with a high service ability and a bit of toughness who enjoys working in a creative environment? We are looking for a driven administrator to join our customer service team at the office in Täby, starting in the spring of 2026.

Job Description.

You will be part of our customer service team where your tasks will be a combination of regular customer service work, handling complaints, and creating digital content for our website with a focus on products.

The customer service work primarily involves assisting our e-commerce customers via email and phone. The work with complaints involves handling and shared responsibility for incoming complaint cases.

Qualifications.

We are looking for someone with a natural sense of service, who wants to create and maintain good relationships, and can communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with customers and suppliers. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and self-driven.

You are an unpretentious team player with excellent collaboration skills who wants to contribute to a wonderful work atmosphere in the team. You thrive when the pace is high, can handle complaints via phone and in writing, and do not hesitate to take on new tasks.

Experience in customer service, image editing, and uploading digital material is an advantage. The role requires very good computer skills and the ability to learn our systems Pyramid and Shopify.
