HR Colleague Wanted at Kammarkollegiet
Are you at the beginning of your HR career and looking to gain more experience in recruitment and administration? Join us and become part of an unpretentious and development-oriented HR team with great opportunities to grow and develop!
Within Kammarkollegiet's HR department, we are five people who work closely together to provide a safe and professional HR support for the entire agency. Together, we have both broad and deep knowledge across the entire HR field and are a group characterized by high engagement, results focus, unpretentiousness, and having fun together.
We work closely with operations to develop processes and tools that both guide and support the entire organization. We assist managers based on the organization's needs regarding all aspects of competence supply, such as being an attractive employer and recruiting and retaining employees by promoting a good work environment, competence development, having clear and inclusive leadership, and active employee participation. We operate based on the state value framework and employer policy, among other things through agreements, labor law, and wage formation.
We offer you an exciting and varied job in a team where the pace can sometimes be high, and where we are proud together that we make a difference.
Job Description
As one of our colleagues will go on parental leave, we are now looking for a colleague to strengthen our recruitment and administration efforts. Since we are a smaller HR group, you should also be prepared to occasionally contribute in other areas based on the organization's needs. In your daily work, you will act independently by supporting managers in recruitment and competence supply issues, answering questions from managers and employees related to laws and agreements, and handling ongoing HR administration.
The work also involves other tasks such as:
- participating in our efforts to be an attractive employer
- receiving and responding to external and internal inquiries directed to HR
- contributing to the development of our HR processes, documents, and policies
- managing monitoring, compilations, statistics, and outputs as well as other administration related to the HR department's assignments
- communicating with the State Service Center that administers and pays our salaries
Are You Our Future Colleague?
We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who sees the digital working method as the obvious choice. Requirements for the position also include:
- Academic education in personnel and labor issues or equivalent education that we consider relevant
- Experience in recruitment work
- Experience working in administrative support systems and recruitment systems
- Good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish.
It is an advantage if you have experience in competence-based recruitment and/or experience in recruitment for the public sector.
We are looking for someone who is an unpretentious team player while also having a good ability to drive your processes independently. As a person, you are attentive, meticulous, and have a solution-oriented approach. The questions are often of varying nature, so it is required that you are flexible with the ability to easily adapt. You are good at building trust and good relationships within the organization while also having the integrity and personal maturity needed when working with HR issues. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
We are located in beautiful, activity-based premises in Gamla stan in central Stockholm, but we also work remotely as much as the operations allow. Since we also have an office in Karlstad, travel may occur in the job.
More Information
The employment is a temporary position starting by agreement until December 31, 2026.
