About the position

As a receptionist, you are the face of our client and responsible for creating a professional and welcoming first impression. You will play a key role in the daily operations of the reception and ensure a smooth guest experience.

As a Student Receptionist, you will be an important part of the team, with varied tasks that ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for both visitors and employees. You will work on-site and contribute to a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, manage check-ins, pre-registrations, and answer the phone
  • You will actively move between different floors to ensure everything looks presentable
  • Keep track of supplies, restock pantries and coffee stations, and ensure that meeting rooms are ready for use
  • You will ensure that all common areas are clean and tidy and take initiatives to improve the visitor experience

We are looking for someone who

  • Is studying at a university or college at least 50%, with at least 12 months left of your studies
  • Has previous experience in service roles
  • Has good system skills and thus masters the MS Office suite
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing

It is a merit if you have

  • Previous experience working in reception or similar tasks
  • Previous experience or knowledge of pests
