About the role

With us, you will be the Manager of First Impressions at our new headquarters in Stockholm. One moment you are a barista, the next you are organizing events, and then you are solving technical issues. You will work with many and varied tasks in different environments, and therefore we place great importance on your personal and unpretentious engagement as well as your ability to notice and resolve arising situations. The role also requires that you have good teamwork skills as we work as a team.

This is the job for you if you:

• Have graduated from high school and have 1–3 years of experience in service/events
• Are social, solution-oriented, and like to take initiative
• Want to roll up your sleeves and learn new things

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience from one or more of these professions: receptionist, conference host, hotel, janitorial, retail, or other professions with high service demands. Additionally, you have computer skills and a high school education. Experience in handling IT or janitorial tasks is a plus.

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of corporate representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. You have good communication skills and communicate fluently in Swedish (and English/ or have proficiency in English) both verbally and in writing.
