Administrator for HC Autism Center for Young Children

The Autism Center for Young Children is a regional operation within Habilitation & Health, for children aged 0–6 years with an autism diagnosis.

The clinic is a completely unique operation and works according to the latest research findings for our target group. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the theoretical foundation for our work, and we place great importance on working according to evidence-based methods.

We work with knowledge dissemination and guidance to the children's networks both in groups and in individual interventions. You will be part of a workplace with high satisfaction and a good atmosphere. We have about 50 employees working at the clinic.

Responsibilities:

In the role of administrator, you will be responsible for qualified administrative support to the operation, including:

• Record documentation and administrative handling in the healthcare system
• Invitations, rescheduling, and patient-related administration
• Administrative support to the unit manager and team
• Follow-up, statistics, and reporting according to regional requirements
• Contacts with guardians, internal functions, and external actors
• Ensuring that administrative routines are followed according to applicable regulations

Qualifications:

To be considered for the position with us, you need to have the following experiences and knowledge (or experiences that the employer assesses as equivalent):

• At least 3 years of relevant experience (within the last 5 years) of qualified administrative work within healthcare, habilitation, or other region- or authority-controlled operations
• At least 2 years of documented practical experience with the journal system TakeCare
• Documented experience of working in the region's administrative support systems, such as Heroma
• Ability and experience to independently initiate, prioritize, and complete multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining quality
• Good and applied knowledge of confidentiality legislation (OSL) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish

You are structured and meticulous with the ability to prioritize. You follow established routines and ensure that the administration maintains high quality even under time pressure.
