Planner at Addici Security

We are looking for someone who appreciates order and structure. As part of our central planning team, you will contribute to scheduling our employees. The planning involves both urgent vacancies on short notice and long-term planning for the upcoming month and quarter.

The work takes place within our Operations Support department, where you will work together in a team to contribute to a positive everyday life through collaboration.

This position is suitable for you who enjoy variety and contact with people from our operations organization, helping them with various issues related to their schedules, leave, and other inquiries.

About the role

• Planning of staff for available shifts both for urgent vacancies and for the next month and quarter schedules.
• Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting them to relevant departments.
• In close dialogue with operations managers and HR, planning for new hires, vacations, and changes in assignments.

Who are you?

You have solid experience in service professions and are used to collaborating with customers, responsible managers, and operational staff to jointly find solutions to various challenges. You use a computer and phone fluently as your main working tools. We have great confidence in our employees' ability to develop and grow, and therefore value personal qualities just as highly as formal qualifications. Furthermore, we expect you to have a good command of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

We see that you have:

• Computer skills and knowledge of common Office programs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in planning and administration
• Experience with the Quinyx planning system
• Industry experience from the security sector

About the position

• Employment type: Full-time
• Working hours: Weekdays 08:00 - 17:00
• Start date: Immediately
• Probationary period: 6 months
