We are now looking for an interim HR Manager for our esteemed client who wants to take on a strategic overall responsibility and lead the development of a modern and business-oriented HR function in an organization within the real estate industry. The role is suitable for you as a confident and experienced HR leader who wants to make a real impact – both in the management team and close to the operations.

They have several offices around Stockholm, including Hammarby Sjöstad, Farsta, Rinkeby, and Södermalm. This is a consulting assignment via The Place with a desired start date of March 22, 2026, and will initially run until August 16, 2026.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Driving strategic HR issues in the management team

• Leading and developing the HR department (including workplace environment and office services)

• Being a qualified sounding board for HR partners and managers in the organization

• Responsible for change management, process management, and culture and values work

• Quality assuring HR processes and the company's overall competence

Qualifications

In this role, we would like you to have the following:

• At least three years of experience as an HR manager with personnel, operational, and budget responsibility

• Experience working in a management team

• Experience in change management and developing modern HR organizations

• Good negotiation skills and experience in labor law

Meritorious:

• Experience from the public sector

• Experience from the real estate industry
