The HR unit at Södertälje Hospital plays an important role in supporting the hospital's managers and operations. HR partners work broadly across the hospital and combine the role with a focus area within HR. HR Partner at Södertälje Hospital:

As an HR partner with us, you will have a varied role where you work both operationally and strategically. Your main focus will be on competence supply, but you will also contribute in other HR-related areas as a close support to the hospital's managers.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Provide consultative support in HR-related matters.
• Participate in and lead various HR-related projects and development initiatives.
• Participate in regional joint projects to streamline and coordinate competence planning and development efforts.
• Participate in the implementation, training, and development of the region's new learning platform.

Requirements:

• Academic education in personnel, HR, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in broad HR work.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.

• Work within public operations and/or within healthcare.
• Implementation of learning platforms.
