About the company

Your role

For this role, we are looking for someone with previous work experience in service and administration, who speaks both Swedish and Finnish. You will be part of a wonderful team of 8 people, where all employees have similar tasks but varying areas of responsibility. Working hours are weekdays from 08:00 to 16:30, with the possibility of one hour of flexible time and the option to work from home two days a week after onboarding.

Main responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks related to order management & EDI monitoring in SAP
  • Ensure that goods & information reach the customer in accordance with the placed order, agreed terms, and set goals
  • Invoice & claims management
  • Compile & check deliveries to the company's customers
  • Deliver high-quality customer service within B2B
  • The work is primarily focused on the Finnish market

Requirements

  • Good experience in administrative work
  • Experience in service-related tasks
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of Finnish, you should be able to make yourself understood and have an understanding of the Finnish language.

Meritorious

  • Work experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in SAP
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in large logistics flows
  • Experience in the FMCG industry and/or experience in regulated activities such as the food or pharmaceutical industry
