Do you want to work with recruitment in a socially important organization and simultaneously help develop one of Sweden's strongest employer brands in dental care? Folktandvården Stockholm is now looking for a recruiter with a strong commitment to employer branding for a temporary position where you can make a real difference.

About the assignment

This is a temporary position during parental leave where you will have a central role in our HR and recruitment team. Your main focus will be on recruitment and employer branding, with particular responsibility for ensuring a professional, efficient, and positive candidate experience.

You will work closely with managers, HR colleagues, and communication functions, contributing both operationally and developmentally. The recruitment unit currently consists of two full-time recruiters and two HR partners who partially work with recruitment. The unit belongs to the HR and payroll department.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive recruitment processes from job profile to hiring
• Provide advisory support to managers on recruitment issues
• Actively work with employer branding, both strategically and operationally
• Develop and quality assure job ads, templates, and recruitment processes
• Contribute to visibility in relevant channels (e.g., career pages, social media, fairs, and events)
• Work in and develop methods related to our recruitment system (ATS)

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who has a university degree in HR and experience in recruitment work. You have a genuine interest in employer branding and employer brand issues and are driven to attract and engage the right talent.

Furthermore, as a person, you are structured, self-driven, and used to taking initiative as well as planning and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. You have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and are service-oriented in your approach. You enjoy collaborating and building relationships, both internally within the organization and externally with candidates and partners.
