Do you want to work in a central and operational role where you contribute to the effective and lawful functioning of the Government Offices? HR Technology and Support is now seeking HR administrators for the HR Support section. With us, you will have the opportunity to work broadly with qualified HR administration in a complex and socially important organization, where service, quality, and development are in focus.
You will be part of a section that serves as a common entry point for managers and employees in HR-related matters and works to create a unified working method and a modern service culture.
Your Workday. Sweden's Tomorrow.
As an HR administrator, you provide qualified administrative support to managers, employees, and HR colleagues within the Government Offices. The work includes ongoing personnel administration related to employment, such as personnel decisions, government decisions, and agreements. You also handle certain payroll issues, travel reimbursements, sick leave certificates, as well as cases related to disclosures, investigations, and committees.
The role includes continuous dialogue with HR operations and departments to ensure quality, relevance, and development in HR work. You will also contribute to development work related to HR's upcoming AI assistant and the digitization of administrative HR processes. The work is independent but carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and characterized by many points of contact.
You belong to the HR Support section, which is a common entry point for managers and employees in HR-related matters. The section's mission is to create a unified working method, broaden the competence within the group, and develop a service culture where managers and employees receive quick and smooth service.
Your Background
The position requires completed upper secondary education with passing grades and several years of experience working independently with qualified personnel administrative work and payroll administration within a government agency. You have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of payroll management, labor law, and terms agreements. You also have very good IT skills and work effortlessly with digital tools and the Office suite.
It is advantageous if you have education in personnel administration and experience working in HR support or HR direct. Knowledge of the systems ReachMee and Heroma, experience handling confidential information, knowledge of archiving and record-keeping, as well as experience in digitizing administrative HR processes are also merits.
Your Qualities
All employees in the Government Offices are expected to work based on the employee criteria of wholeness, development, and results. This means that you have a holistic view, collaborate for the benefit of the organization, and contribute your perspective while being open to others. You take initiative for improvements, develop both the organization and your own competence, and are results-oriented and adaptable when conditions change.
In this role, it is particularly important that you are service-oriented, structured, and meticulous. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible in your working methods, and handle your assignment with high integrity and good judgment.
