About the role In 2026, AP7 will continue to develop its internal management within both the AP7 Fixed Income Fund and the AP7 Equity Fund. In connection with this, we are now looking for a dedicated and meticulous employee for a one-year temporary position, with the possibility of extension that, if needed, can be advertised as a permanent position.

The role is placed within fund and securities administration and has a clear focus on strengthening and further developing our operational processes related to internal management. You contribute to ensuring an efficient, robust, and secure handling of the funds' holdings, transactions, and daily valuations.

Your daily work includes the administration of AP7's securities, including stocks, interest-bearing instruments, currencies, and derivatives. You will work with reconciliations of holdings and bank accounts, handling Corporate Actions, collateral, securities lending, dividends, and daily fund valuation for the AP7 Fixed Income Fund and the AP7 Equity Fund.

The role also includes being the system and/or data owner for one or more of the unit's systems and datasets. This entails responsibility for master data related to the fund's holdings, ensuring high data quality, and close collaboration with IT regarding system management and further development. You will work proactively with improvements, changes, and act as a contact person for questions related to data and systems within the unit.

Who are you? We are looking for someone with around five years of relevant experience in securities administration within equity and/or fixed income management, preferably from a bank, fund company, treasury function, or another larger asset manager. You have a good understanding of the administrative chain and how processes, data, and systems interact within asset management.

You have a genuine interest in the financial market and are driven to improve and develop work methods, processes, and system solutions. Experience in system and data ownership, digitization, and process development is highly valuable in this role. You are structured, responsible, and meticulous, with an analytical mindset and a proactive approach.

As a person, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating closely with both the business and IT, while also being able to work independently in a sometimes fast-paced environment. The role involves many external contacts, which requires good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We work in SimCorp Dimension, and experience with this system is strongly meritorious. Other tools used in daily work include Bloomberg, Duco, vendor web portals, and Excel.

About AP7 AP7 is a government agency tasked with managing premium pension funds for the Swedish people. AP7 is the only state actor within the premium pension system with the default option AP7 Såfa. Those who choose not to select premium pension funds automatically have their funds placed in the default option. Today, AP7 manages the premium pension for five million Swedes. AP7 currently has 74 employees, of which 6 work in Fund and Securities Administration. AP7 manages approximately 1500 billion SEK.
