We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a driven Junior Recruiter who wants to help build the future of sales recruitment with us.


Responsibilities

As a Junior Recruiter, you play a key role in our recruitment processes and work closely with clients, candidates, and recruiters. You participate in kickoff meetings with clients and are responsible for active search, selection, and contact with candidates who match our requirements. A significant part of the role involves conducting initial phone interviews where you assess skills, experience, and motivation, and then schedule further interviews with the responsible recruiter.


The role is characterized by a fast pace and many daily contacts with candidates over the phone. We strive daily to be the best in the industry and therefore continuously work with analysis and feedback to develop our methods, strengthen our performance, and constantly improve, both individually and as a team.


In addition, you have an important coordinating role where you:

• Schedule interviews with clients

• Send tests to candidates

• Manage applications in our recruitment system


You will work with recruitment processes in Sweden, the Nordics, and internationally, which means you need to be comfortable working in both Swedish and English.


The position involves working from our office on Sveavägen in Stockholm and offers a combination of fixed salary and a performance-based variable part, where you have good opportunities to influence both your salary and your development.


Your profile

We believe that you:

• Love sales and people

• Have experience with search via LinkedIn Recruiter

• Have worked with search in several different industries

• Preferably have a background as a salesperson or sales manager

• Are career-driven and prioritize your development

• Are fearless, structured, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Are motivated to work in a startup where you can influence, grow, and build something long-term

• Master Swedish and English in speech and writing; additional languages are a plus

• Are a positive and goal-oriented person

Start date: By agreement
