Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative

Then this might be the assignment for you! Poolia is now looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Service Representative for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in Solna.

About the position

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will work with order and customer management primarily for the Finnish market. You will be an important part of an engaged team responsible for delivering a high level of service and meeting set SLAs towards customers and partners.

Your tasks will include:

• Order management for all types of orders and daily follow-up
• Monitoring stock, transport, and delivery discrepancies and taking corrective actions
• Informing customers about backorders and delivery status
• Handling returns in accordance with the applicable return policy
• Collaborating with the sales organization to ensure the best possible customer service
• Contacting internal functions such as Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Solutions, and Business Support
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, ethical guidelines, and working methods
• Contributing to teamwork by sharing responsibility and workload within the department

The position is located in Solna with the possibility of discussing remote work. The assignment starts in mid-February and lasts for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by Poolia and work as a consultant for the client.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least a high school education
• Fluent skills in Finnish and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Good system and computer skills (order/business systems, Office package, etc.)
• Experience in handling both short-term and long-term problems with the customer's needs in focus
